Try it, seriously it's the best way to wake up!
Raw-ish Meusli
1 cup Whole oats soaked overnight
2 Apples peeled and shredded
1 cup Fresh berries(i'm into strawberries these days)
1 tbsp Maple syrup(optional)
1 tbsp Lemon juice
2 tbsp Raw pumpkin seeds
2 tbsp Raw sunflower seeds
2 tbsp Raw slivered almonds
2 tbsp plain yogurt(also good banana and young coconut sauce!)
Rinse and strain oats add to bowl with nuts/seeds eaither toasted or not.
add shredded apples, syrup, lemon juice, and berries, top with yogurt!
Sooooo good! Serves 2 and a hungry toddler (so 3 large bowls)
